Prime location, staff were friendly and helpful, nice kitchenette including a microwave, bathroom pristine
Common area carpet worn and a little stained

Located in town
It is an upstairs room, so if you're carrying luggage this could be an issue. There is no lift.
Inside room with no windows.
Vagrants walking the street in the area.

Good location near places to eat. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
When we booked I emailed the hotel about holding our luggage the day we checked out they said no problem. Problems, the K ave location, where we stayed has staff there only until 6pm. We would be picking up our luggage at 5/30pm. They couldn’t guarantee staff would still be there. So we had to get a
Taxi
To take our luggage to one of their other
Locations. They held our luggage and the staff at that location were excellent

The location and provided parking were convenient and the beds were comfortable.
The ceiling was leaking with towels and trash cans placed underneath when we arrived and no prior notice was given to us, or any communication about it during our stay. The curtains don’t keep out the light which is difficult in the Midnight Sun summers.

"Loved the location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Also liked the keyless entry, super convenient as we arrived after midnight and had no problem getting in."
