Very bad accommodation

Absolutely nothing, the property is in an industrial area and poor conditions and area

When I made the reservation, the accommodation advertised and booked was a penthouse apartment. Prior to my arrival, the host informed me that the penthouse was no longer available because it was occupied by another guest for an extended period. As a result, I was assigned different accommodation. The accommodation I received was a room in what appeared to be an industrial area with shared facilities, including a shared kitchen and refrigerator near the entrance. This was significantly different from the accommodation that was originally booked and advertised. Despite this change, I proceeded with the stay because Booking.com and the host indicated that cancellation was not possible. After checking in at approximately 16:00, we left the property to visit the town and returned at approximately 21:30. Upon our return, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor throughout the building, particularly in the shared entrance and kitchen area. The smell was so severe that we could not reasonably remain in the accommodation. I immediately contacted the host and reported the issue. The host subsequently investigated and confirmed via WhatsApp that the source of the smell was the refrigerator. This confirms that there was an actual defect affecting the accommodation. Because the issue occurred late in the evening and the odor was unbearable, we packed our belongings and returned home. We therefore received little to no practical benefit from the accommodation despite having checked in. In summary: • The accommodation provided differed significantly from the accommodation originally booked and advertised. • A serious odor problem affected the property. • The host acknowledged the existence and source of the problem. • The condition of the accommodation made it unreasonable for us to remain there.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Geschmack eingerichtet und tolle Lage.

Es wäre super wenn es noch eine große Tasse geben würde und daß die Steckdosen richtig eingebaut werden.
