Bad
It was cheap
Beds were the worst - springs felt like they were going to pierce my skin. Hula hula travel hack - Bring some cardboard boxes to lay over the horrible mattress.
No airflow, hot AF. No windows. No a/c

Good for a few days
It's cheap.
Well located.
The walls are basically useless, it's like a dorm but with walls.
No AC.
No hot water in shared bathroom.
Restaurant downstair is super expensive, the very obese lady working here is always talking about me, because I bring food from the exterior, it isn't forbidden btw, she is acting rude and on top of that can't understand or talk 1 word of english...
A belgian guy stole my shoes... And when I asked if I can see the camera footage he said that the camera doesn't work ...
Tried to make me pay more than the real price for a room upgrade...

Horrible and uncomfortable
good location
Very dirty, shared bathrooms NEVER cleaned, absolutely disgusting, no basin to wash hands. Rooms are so so small, they basically put up fake walls in a large upper floor of a house and made them as tiny as possible to fit in as many people. twin beds were so uncomfortable. no natural light at all. Fan didn't spin so one bed was unusable as it was just so so hot. couldn't sleep. Rather go somewhere where they care about their property and their customers.

Couldn’t leave quick enough, worst place I’ve ever been for 20 minutes
Not a single thing, I couldn’t leave quick enough
Absolutely horrific stay. I had low expectations for a low-budget stay, but this is the first accommodation I have ever left in two years of backpacking Asia.
It was essentially one room with plywood dividers and prison beds. The mattresses had springs sticking out of them, and my bed had dried vomit under the pillow. The other bed had the previous occupants makeup on the sheets, and suspicious stains I did not wish to inspect any closer. Everything was filthy, including the floor. It was also very loud as there was no privacy.
Our “room” (section? partition?) shared a door with the smoking balcony, and smelled very bad. It was ridiculously hot and the other occupants were forced to keep their doors open due to the lack of airflow. There’s only one aircon for the whole floor, the the dividers make it inefficient. The smell of cigarette smoke, sweaty bodies, and unwashed sheets was overwhelming. I cannot rate the bathroom conditions as I didn’t look.
We stayed for less than twenty minutes, checking out before we had even sourced a new accommodation. Our neighbours applauded us when we left, saying they regretted not doing the same. I don’t understand how this place has good reviews, as it was dirty, hot, and unpleasant. Budget stay or not, this was completely unacceptable. The owner did not seem surprised when we checked out immediately.

The location is great for us - 5-10 minutes walk from the pier, there are many shops and a night market nearby. You can rent a motorbike near the hotel for 250 baht per day and move freely around the island. The accommodation is very simple - there are two beds, a fan and towels in the room. It was hot at night sometimes. The walls of the room are almost cardboard, the neighbors can be heard, but you can always negotiate for silence. The mattresses in the rooms are hard, but for such a cheap price it is a great option to stay even for a week. The owner is a very friendly person, he left the best impressions. The price-quality ratio is worth it. There is a kitchen downstairs where you can have breakfast. There is a kettle with boiling water and a shared fridge.

Good vibes e portiamo a casa un'esperienza autentica e genuina.
Migliorerei l'arredamento delle stanze.

The owner is fantastic. Works hard, very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location if you want to be near the pier and walking street. Also many restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately the hotel needs some new beds and bedding. The springs are coming out of the mattresses making it incredibly uncomfortable. The balcony had no chairs and it is unbearably hot in the rooms even though there is a fan.
"Great owner, location very close to the pier, very clean place, amazing hotel restaurant. I will definately come back next time when i am in koh lanta"
