Breakfast is amazing - Hazel is an absolute joy and such a credit to the hotel. We often stay here when visiting family in Scotland, and Hazel makes our stay better. Every hospitality spot needs a Hazel - she is wonderful.
Our first room was next to the outdoor air conditioning unit, and it was pretty noisy. We were moved to Room 2 on our second evening, which was way better and more up-to-date - great value for money.

Parking
Room was recently decorated
Charging points both sides of the bed
Shower - could do with an upgrade or a deep clean on the silver spiral that flows water to shower head. Did raise at the time to the hotel otherwise this room would score higher.
