The property is excellent. Very comfortable. We have rented many times in Orlando (20 plus) and this property is certainly amongst the top 2 or 3 we've rented. We were only a family of six so maybe nine bedrooms was extreme but the cost was comparable to four bedroom properties but with the extra space. We visited Tampa (Busche Gardens and a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game) and also went North to the Rainbow River so the location for us was perfect with easy access to I4, 27 and restaurants on the 192 etc. Giovanni's Pizza also deserves a shout out for excellent local pizza and Calzone (walkable but this is Orlando where no-one walks). Some comments I've seen regarding Windsor Island resort criticise the guards on the gate and the check in times however from my experience the check-in queue/process only took 10 minutes and the guards were always friendly and courteous. This maybe due to off season (mid September) but we had no complaints. We never used the resort pool so can't comment on that.
Although bigger than the vast majority of Orlando properties and absolutely big enough for the six of us, the pool deck will struggle to accommodate more than 8 people at a time.

Beautiful home, love the themed rooms. Harry Potter upstairs game room was gorgeous. We loved the clubhouse and loved the private pool. Owners were quick to respond to any issues we had.

This home is FANTASTIC. Has everything you could want. Dining for everyone (if you need a high chair? It's in the laundry room. Plastic kid sized dishes/cups in cupboard. 2 strollers in the garage.)
Pool/jacuzzi fenced off for kiddie protection. Spa was very welcome. BBQ, table, lounges right there. Patio screened in-no bugs.
2 master bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs get ready for Harry Potter family room, 7 themed bedrooms - Has pool table, game table, sofas, Switch w/4 controllers...Wide screen TV.
We were 10 adults, 3 kids under 4. We were there for 4 nights; everyone wanted to stay longer.
You will love this place...look no further.
