Convenient & comfortable place to stay in Nice

Convenient location to metro and city center. Right next to the park. Air conditioning is working great for hot summer days

Some mosquito issue after check in. Found window and patio door are not completely closed which maybe the cause. Also bed frame & mattress are kind of low setting.

Flies, mosquitoes and extra money to pay.

Carrefour nearby, decent shower.

First of all this place was infested with mosquitos and flies in the all the rooms which are coming in from balcony.. There were a lot of small and big flies and mosquitoes already even when I did not open the balcony door. Its a common and know issue to the owner still ignored even after messaging about it, since the apartment is just on first floor. After paying around 500 euros for 3 days, they did not even have a fly or mosquito spray in the apartment. Guests are supposed to buy that or carry with them. The balcony is super small and always wet from the water dripping from the AC. And off-course you can't sit at night there because of mosquitoes biting you. Not to mention the AC is in the living room only not in the bedroom .Takes a lot of time for the bedroom to cool especially when its very hot and humid outside. Above that the owner submitted a claim to the booking.com for me to pay for the keys which I left inside the apartment... She could not take the key out and had to break the lock...she wanted me to leave the keys not hanging inside the lock rather in the table or bed... To he amount was 220-280 Euro...which was astounding and was flabbergasted with the amount and the way they try to charge you for small things even if it was my fault.. Exhausts were very dirty and shower and the toilet are opposite sides of the apartment. Which is a problem usually people are use to having them together. Main attractions are 20 minute walk one side its not in the city centre. The walk is a lot when its hot and humid outside Anyways, rude and bad experience overall with apartments and people in France.

Very comfortable and convenient

Extremely handy! Warm welcome despite the airport delay. Air conditioning was extremely welcome. Out of hours procedures were explained clearly and politely in advance.

A wonderful, cozy house.

Great air conditioning, washing machine and superb location, being close to a shopping centre and the public transport stations.

There were quite a few mosquitoes or flies, including an electric fly swatter could help with this.

Nice decor and location was good.

The windows didn’t block the street noise and it was very noisy.
