The flat is conveniently situated a short walk along the water from the centre of Vannes. We had bikes and liked the cycle path along the water too. The underground garage for car parking was good, and there is also a secure room to leave bikes.
Key collection at the Carrefour worked well, and it was useful to have a shop and bakery so close by
There was not much room around the bed (none on one side) so felt a bit claustro.
The view from the windows was of a building site, no sight of the water.
