Nada. No nos avisaron q estaban haciendo arreglos y tuvimos q buscar otro alojamiento durante el día . Perdimos todo el día en eso

NO LO RECOMIENDO , PESIMA ATENCIÓN Y FALTA DE SERVICIOS BASICOS
El alojamiento es amplio y el terreno cuenta con patio para dejar el vehículo.
Tiene buena capacidad de camas distribuidas en 2 habitaciones y las frazadas estaban buenas.
La cocina cuenta con lo justo y necesario para el uso familiar (microondas, hervidor y utensilios).
La ubicación es muy buena, queda bastante cerca del centro.
Pésima atención y comunicación: Me hablaron dos personas distintas (Katy y Patricia) por números diferentes a mis dos teléfonos. No se presentaron, una de ellas hablaba de forma despectiva y haciéndose la chistosa. No nos recibieron; nos mandaron un video y tuvimos que ir a buscar las llaves a un negocio a 200 metros porque estaban "ocupadas". Además, la dueña vivía a 2 minutos y jamás se acercó a ayudarnos.
Problemas graves de servicios (Agua, gas) Al llegar, después de todo el tiempo que perdimos buscando las llaves, nos encontramos con que no había agua. Según la encargada, era "casi inusual" porque el día anterior había gente y no pasó nada. Nos mandó a reiniciar la bomba manualmente. Lo hicimos y funcionaba, pero apenas cerrabas la llave, se cortaba de nuevo. Tuvimos que salir al frío a dar la bomba mínimo unas 25 veces en las 18 horas que estuvimos ahí. Nunca se arregló el problema y, para colmo, al día siguiente jamás salió agua caliente para bañarnos, por lo que tuvimos que terminar bañándonos con vasos calentando agua en el hervidor. Lo peor fue que al entregar el alojamiento, Patricia se rió en nuestra cara y nos dijo, como si fuéramos estúpidas: "Obvio que no les iba a salir agua caliente poh, si no hay gas". Una burla total.
Falta de mantenimiento y equipamiento: El patio y la terraza están descuidados, a la parrilla le falta mantención y faltan bancas o una mesa auxiliar para compartir afuera. La tele no tenía control remoto (según ellas se lo habían robado el día anterior).
Cero hospitalidad: No había calefacción y nos dijeron que si queríamos usar la estufa, debíamos ir nosotras mismas a comprar la parafina con sus bidones. Tampoco tuvieron flexibilidad con el horario de salida (pedimos a las 2:00 pm por todos los problemas que tuvimos) y nos echaron apuradas a las 11:00 am.
Acceso complejo: Está muy a la orilla de la carretera, lo que dificulta mucho detenerse e ingresar al recinto si viajas solo.
