We had a very disappointing experience with this property and its management.
On arrival, the accommodation was in unacceptable hygienic and sanitary conditions, making it impossible for us to stay. After raising the issue, the agency asked us to proceed with an early check-out, assuring us that a full refund would be arranged.
As a result, we were forced to find and pay for another hotel at our own expense. Despite the explicit promise of reimbursement, no refund has ever been received.
Furthermore, the agency has since stopped answering phone calls and messages, leaving the situation completely unresolved.
Due to the seriousness of this matter and the lack of cooperation, we are now taking legal action.
We strongly advise future guests to be cautious.

UNE CATASTROPHE A FUIR PROPRIETAIRE MALHONNETE DOMMAGE PAS POSSIBLE DE METTRE DES PHOTOS SUR MONAVIS
UN EMPLACEMENT SYMPA DANS GUELIZ UNE ANNONCE SUR BOOKING TRES VALORISANTE MAIS TOTALEMENT FAUSSE
DES PROBLEMES SIGNALES A LA CONCIERGERIE MAIS DES LE DEPART LA CONCIERGERIE NOUS ANNONCES QUE LA PROPRIETAIRE NE REPOND PAS A LEURS REMARQUE JE DECOUVRE UN AVIS SUR LE SITE BOOKING SUITE A CELA ET JE COMPRENDS QUE NOUS AVONS ETE PIEGE PAR QUELQU'UN DE MALHONNETE DANS LA FOULEE NOUS ENVOYES UN MESSAGE AVEC PHOTOS SUR LE PORTABLE DE LA PROPRIETAIRE DES LE 1ER JOUR CELLE CI NE NOUS AS JAMAIS REPONDU ! le message envoyé : Bonjour,
