Absolutely terrible experience

Near metro station.

Absolutely terrible experience — would strongly NOT recommend. The apartment was completely unacceptable and did not match basic standards for a safe or comfortable stay. The air conditioning malfunctioned and blew freezing cold air continuously, could not be turned off, and made the apartment unbearably cold for multiple nights. Two people in our group became sick because of the conditions. There was also unreliable hot water, which turned ice cold after only a few minutes, making it impossible to shower properly. To make matters worse, we discovered large numbers of insects throughout the apartment. This was extremely unhygienic and disturbing. What made the experience even worse was how unhelpful the staff and host were. We repeatedly reported these serious issues, were promised solutions multiple times, and were told problems would be fixed by specific times — but they were not. We were left waiting for hours, our concerns were not properly addressed, and when we returned, the apartment was still in unacceptable condition. We ultimately had to leave and find alternative accommodation because it felt unhealthy and unsafe to stay there. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing and stressful experience. Poor conditions, broken promises, and extremely unhelpful management. Avoid this property.

Poor

N/A

Dirty, stairs so steep that you can’t go down, woke up with an ant on my arm. Jewellery went missing from within property and when contacted they merely stated that no one had entered and refused to check history log which is usually associated with a lock that uses phones to be opened.

10 / 10

A comfortable and convenient place to stay for a short trip to Milan.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Great location close to the metro and city center. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent.

The street outside was a bit noisy at night, but it wasn’t a big issue.

8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
