Clean modern resort not too far from the city of Heraklion.
Just lacked a bit of soul. The staff were lovely and friendly but only one person checking people in and running the bar. I felt quite sorry for them

Food, food, food, food ahahah Amazing room , swimming pool . everything was great
For People afraid of not having electricy this is not true. If it happens it is when there is bad weather and is something that happens in all the area .it has nothing to do with the hotel . We experienced it on the first night for few hours since it was heavily raining .but again,it didn't affect us is anything and had nothing to do with the owners. Same for all the other hotels. We had half board included.Food is great, there is a big choice and almost everyday there is something out of the menu . Very little dishes are not included but it is very cheap so you can pay a small difference if you want it. We honestly didn't feel the need because the choice included was already big and very very good . Room was spacious and comfortable. We had a junior suite . We loved the bathrobes. Cocktails are great at the bar!
We spent lovely and relaxing 10 days . We will be back
