Avoid, problems solving takes ages

Location is great, the building has an amazing rooftop with a pool and a gourmet area. Breakfast are OK.

Form the very beginning it was a pain to use the service. I asked for an earlier check-in and after being informed about the cost, I resigned. Between 1-2pm I was informed that everything is being checked and they'll let me know when I can get into the apartment. I got information after the check-in time and entered a dirty, smelly apartment. I was chatting with them for the next 2,5h, to see what they'll decide, informing me meanwhile that maybe I was going to move to another apartment. Then got back and said it's not possible. I was tired and for almost 3h, without a shower and rest after the night trip, waiting in the building for their decision. They let me stay till 3pm as a compensation they let me stay till 3pm on the checkout day. Toiletries is also a big word - you'll get 25ml shampoo and same size conditioner for your stay. No soap, no place to put your toiletries under the shower. Very basic for that price. Balcony is also not the best, since whomever is smoking outside, you'll smell it, since it's between two buildings. Pillows are very uncomfortable. I also had a problem with the door - for two nights I slept with the door unlocked , since they couldn't understand that there was sth wrong with the lock, giving me thousand options what to do. Another day the assistance came and reset the code. For the next two evenings I was without the Internet. Worst experience ever.
