Overall facility is okay in relation to value for money. However had a very por experience as after 2 weeks from my stay

Cost-effective, close to city centre, quiet

Shared facilities like toilet and shower room very small

Very uncomfortable

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like it's necessary right now. I booked a room at this place on a whim and for a good price, as it's close to the city center. I've been to various hostels and apartments in different countries, but this private room surpasses them all. As soon as I arrived, I realized that it would be a survival situation. Don't make the same mistake as me and DON'T BOOK A ROOM HERE. The first issue was that none of the keys fit the door properly. I couldn't open it because the lock wouldn't turn. Eventually, an elderly man let me in, and he smelled strongly of alcohol. It made me feel uneasy. The room had some ADVANTAGES, such as being relatively clean, having a soft double bed, a small table, and a mini-closet. However, the DISADVANTAGES outweighed the benefits: - The door didn't close properly, and it seemed easy to break it down. - The towels were dirty, stained, and smelled of previous users. - There were no curtains in the room, and the windows were on the first floor, allowing people to view you through the window, even when you were changing clothes. - The windows were drafty, and you could hear constant noise from the street, especially ambulances because of the nearby hospital. I tried to avoid using the common areas. There was a small kitchen, two bathrooms, and one toilet. The bathrooms were more or less decent, although they were very small. However, the toilet was a nightmare. It was cramped, dirty, and I struggled to fit in it with my height of 182 cm. The most "interesting" aspect was the ROOMMATES. IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE . On the first day, I rushed into the room without even taking off my shoes, as three elderly men were staring at me, making me feel uneasy. I even thought I had accidentally entered the men's section, but no. Two men lived next to me, and they constantly went outside to smoke, made noise at night, and were clearly drinking.

Every time I left the room, the hallway was filled with the smell of alcohol and sweat. The most important thing is that there are NO CAMERAS , NO ADMINISTRATION, and NO PROPER SECURITY SYSTEM. You're just given a Polish phone number, and then you're on your own. SO , GIRLS, if you're traveling alone, don't come here. I tried to spend as little time as possible in the apartment, either staying in my room or exploring the city. Fortunately, nothing was stolen from me, and I survived those "fun" two days. The location is good, but the owner should focus on security and choose guests more carefully. Separating the male and female areas would make everyone feel more comfortable. I hope my review helps someone.

It was good value for money.

It is a nice property all refurbished with nice facilities, clean and in good location not to far from old town, about 20 min walk.

Markings on the door, where to go as you enter the building, next to the key locks.
