Sauber, gemütlich und ruhig. Die Lage war sehr praktisch und das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

Todos son muy amables y serviciales, y las habitaciones están muy limpias. El baño también está bien cuidado, el balcón es genial. La verdad es que la cocina está más equipada de lo que esperaba, y la facilidad de acceso una vez tienes tus llaves garantiza independencia, sintiendo que tienes tu propio apartamento, a pesar de haber otras personas en habitaciones conjuntas.
Quiero en especial mencionar a la chica que trabaja allí, que hizo un servicio estupendo. Desde que llegamos, intentó garantizar que mi madre, una persona de edad avanzada, bastante delicada cuando se trata de conocer lugares o gente nueva, estuviera cómoda con el cuarto, la limpieza y el servicio. También se aseguró de que antes de irnos estuviéramos satisfechos y nos hizo el favor de alojar las maletas en el apartamento incluso después del check-out, para poder buscarlas al final del día. De verdad merece un aumento.
Acceder al edificio por primera vez es un poco difícil. El personal contratado está muy pendiente y hacen todo lo que pueden, pero claramente el dueño de esta propiedad busca reducir gastos y no ha pensado en un buen sistema para recibir las llaves en la entrada del edificio y prefiere ahorrarse costos y criticar a sus empleados sin poner esfuerzo de su parte. Deberían colocar un intercomunicador o un teléfono que atiendan directamente los empleados y no el vago del dueño, que seguro pasa todo el día viendo su cuenta bancaria subir mientras disfruta de ver televisión mediocre.

The staircase was pretty scary at first, but the apartment was clean and in very good condition. The common space also looked good. It was clean and cosy. For this price in this location, it's an amazing deal.

The kitchen was good, but there were so few dishes and cutlery that it was practically unusable.
The host's description doesn't match what we found; the fact that the bathroom is shared should be clearly stated, not hidden. Insufficient privacy: the room had a window overlooking a terrace, which other guests could peer into our room from, as happened while we were sleeping. The room smelled stale.
