This cozy, Alpine-style garden apartment sleeps up to four people and offers a wonderful connection to nature.
The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers, providing comfort and a peaceful retreat. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and wind down the day at the dining table.
A special highlight is the direct access to the garden—ideal for relaxing outdoors, enjoying breakfast in the sun, or unwinding after an active day in the mountains.
The wellness area on the first floor rounds out the amenities. A Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, infrared cabin, and steam room provide relaxation and rejuvenation. The bright relaxation room with access to the outdoors, along with fresh Brandner spring water from the property’s own well, invite you to take a moment to unwind. Massages are available upon request.
A drying room for ski and outdoor clothing with boot warmers, as well as a ski and bicycle storage room, are also available.



The Brandnerhus features 12 independent units, divided into 5 categories. The name of the vacation apartments says it all, as local materials such as wood and stone were primarily used in their construction. The owners grew up in Brand, and some of them still live there.
Located near the Palüdbahn valley station (50 meters away), a ski-in is almost guaranteed, as the Palüdbahn’s valley run is not only known to locals as the most beautiful and varied run in the Brandnertal, but this red run also has the most reliable snow conditions of any valley run in the entire Brandnertal. The in-house drying room for ski and outdoor clothing also features a boot dryer and boot warmers. There is also a ski and bike storage room available.
The wellness area, which includes a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, and a steam bath, is particularly noteworthy. A spacious relaxation room with access to the “outdoors” offers cozy moments between your various wellness sessions.



On-site fees: Our cancellation fees are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH). These are as follows: Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months in advance; 3 to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price; 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price; during the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price; No-show or early departure: 100% of the total package price



Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
