This charming holiday home is ideally located in the heart of Marielyst, just 600 meters from one of Denmark’s finest sandy beaches. There is also a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on the ground floor. From the living room, guests can access a wooden terrace equipped for barbecues, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where two single beds are provided. The house includes a TV with Danish and German channels and free Wi-Fi, allowing guests to stay connected while enjoying their holiday. Heated by electric heating, the property is suitable for year-round stays. Community parking is available nearby, making it convenient for guests arriving by car. The location is unbeatable, with shops and restaurants just 150 meters away and the beach within easy walking distance. This vacation home is perfect for families or small groups looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation in Marielyst. The house has free access to the water park. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment throughout your stay.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The house was adequate for our needs, with two bedrooms and a practical layout, Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, which we appreciated, While it didn't have WiFi, we found plenty of activities nearby, like the charming Oldfruen café just a short walk away, It’s a straightforward place without frills, but perfect if you just need a base to explore the lovely surroundings,
