About this apartment rental
I am offering my apartment for rent when I am away for a few weeks each year. I hope you will feel as comfortable here as I do and that you will take good care of it. With a surface area of 97m², it is ideal for a family or a small group of friends or colleagues. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located on the mezzanine level of a period building on a very pretty pedestrian street. The apartment is arranged around a beautiful and welcoming spacious room with an open-plan kitchen. A living area with a large, very comfortable sofa, armchairs, a large-screen TV, and music. Opposite, a very large table is perfect for your meals. A large piece of antique furniture serves as a kitchen island. This space is very pleasant for cooking, snacks, and aperitifs! The kitchen is very well equipped, and upon arrival, you'll find a small set of essentials to get you started: a few dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, tea, ground coffee and a few pods, sugar, oil, vinegar, spices, dish towels, etc. All three bedrooms overlook an interior courtyard that is currently inaccessible. To the left of the kitchen, a hallway leads to the laundry room and bedroom 1 with its private bathroom. At the entrance to the apartment, another hallway leads to the toilet, bedrooms 2 and 3, and a second bathroom. The beds will be made upon your arrival and linens are included in the rental. One large and one small towel per person, plus a bath mat. Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed (160 cm) Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 cm) Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm) and a desk. From the apartment, you can easily get around on foot or by bus. There is a parking lot nearby offering a maximum 10-day pass. The street is pedestrianized and only accessible by car before 10:00 AM or after 7:00 PM. However, the parking lot is just a 3-second walk away.
