About this apartment rental
Our newly renovated vacation apartment, with 60 m² of living space, can accommodate 1–2 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you need. The spacious bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a large mirror, rounds out the overall experience. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge.
Our vacation rental has been run by the Rinno family since 2024 and takes pride in its tradition and hospitality. The property features two cozy rooms that are modernly equipped while still reflecting the region’s charm. We want every guest to feel at home with us—whether for a short stay or a longer vacation. The vacation rental is located in a particularly quiet yet central area, ideal for relaxation and exploring the region. It is situated in the heart of Olbernhau, just a few minutes from the town center. Thanks to excellent transportation links, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while also quickly reaching all major attractions and recreational activities. In the immediate vicinity of our accommodation, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés that offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. To explore the region, there’s a wide variety of sights and destinations to choose from—ranging from picturesque hiking trails and bike routes to historical landmarks. We especially recommend the Saigerhütte area and the Olbernhau City Museum. Whether you want to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights, you’ll find something to suit every taste here. On-site fees: Payment is due in cash on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A baby crib is available free of charge upon request. A visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night (ages 19 and up) will be charged on-site. For children and teens aged 15 to 18, the visitor’s tax is €1.25. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, parking, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
