PURE LUXURY! In our approximately 40-square-meter “Studio with Terrace,” you’ll experience pure luxury! This spacious, bright, and welcoming apartment features modern and attractive furnishings. These apartments have their own terrace with a garden and a separate entrance. Up to four guests, plus one toddler up to two years old, can stay here. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed thanks to the cozy box-spring bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa! A crib and high chair are also available upon request. The spacious closet provides plenty of room to store bulky luggage and clothes. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, etc.) and a dining area. Our guests have access to a 40-inch LED satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. In the private bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. The apartments are also wheelchair accessible. Our boarding house, built in 2019 and opened in January 2020, leaves nothing to be desired. We’ll make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an alternative to a hotel, we offer exclusive apartments with a modern living atmosphere for both short- and long-term guests. Sulzbach am Main is a market town in the Miltenberg district of Lower Franconia, located about 7 km south of Aschaffenburg on the western edge of the Spessart and—with the exception of the part of the Niedernberg municipal area on the right bank of the Main—directly on the Main River. Right near our boarding house: - 4 grocery stores (REWE, ALDI, LIDL, NETTO) about 100 m away (screenshot from 2020-01-13 at 9:42 a.m.)52 - Approx. 57 km by car to Frankfurt Airport - Approx. 50 km by car to downtown Frankfurt/Main or the trade fair grounds - Approx. 8 km by car to Aschaffenburg - Approx. 0.5 km on foot to the banks of the Main River. A 50% prepayment is due 7 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is available from midnight to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site at the front desk. Pets are not allowed. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request (free of charge). Bicycle rental is available upon request for a fee. A laundry and ironing service and a grocery shopping service are available upon request for a fee. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, final cleaning, parking, and Wi-Fi.
