Overall, a disappointing stay — misleading listing, limited access to facilities, and not worth the

I wish I had known before booking that this property is not actually part of The Address Hotel. It’s listed on Booking.com in a way that can easily make you think it’s managed by the hotel, but it isn’t. This means you don’t have access to The Address infinity pool or main beach, which was one of the main reasons I booked. Instead, you get a completely separate, much smaller pool that’s mostly shaded and a small, sectioned-off part of the beach that feels totally different from the hotel’s facilities.
I only realised this after receiving an unusual email asking me to upload documents to get a check-in code – that’s when it became clear the apartment is privately managed, not by the hotel. This really should be made much clearer during booking.
The apartment itself was okay, but not great. The view overlooked the bridge, not the marina or sea as you might expect. The shower had mould and no curtain, so water splashed everywhere. The host wasn’t very friendly and there were far too many strict rules for guests, which made the stay less relaxing.
Overall, it’s overrated and not worth the money, especially compared to staying with other nearby properties. It’s not a terrible place, but it’s definitely misleadingly advertised and doesn’t offer the experience most guests would expect for the price.
