The bistro was first class both in food and friendliness of the staff. The room was large clean and comfortable. The gardens were immaculate. We have never seen anything so precise . I was lucky enough to catch up with the gardener before we left and was impressed with his passion for his work.
Only that it could have been closer to our home in Ballarat so we could go there more often

The location and facilities
Very noisy. Didn't realise when we booked we would be staying next door to baby elephants stomping around their rooms. Kids screaming in the pool at 10pm..
