We had a really good stay my friends and me. We had a problem with the bathtub, but the responsiveness of the owner regarding the issue made it 100% up ! The location is top, a 15min walk to the closest beach and 30min from Ortigia. Each room has airco and is quite comfy. The kitchen was practical. I totally recommand this place, especially for the price but also the kindness of the host !
