Location. Easy garage door access. It was particularly useful for us 4 guys on motorcycles.
I messaged ahead to ask if the heater could be turned on as we were travelling from Philip island in the wet and cold and was very grateful that the house was nice and warm.
The only thing that could be better was to try and include a second bathroom. But this wasn't a big deal.

Nice big house with lock up garage. Location is perfect, close to pubs and Aldi. Easy to get to location.
Contacting someone when there was a question was also easy.
Garage opens into street, great for motorcycles and another roller door opens into back court yard.
A little bit of confusion with the house numbering, it states one number but it's actually 2 numbers.
The buttons on the garage remote are super sensitive, I bumped it just carrying it in my pocket and the garage door opened... Just be careful as it opens into the street. But it is a great feature having a garage door that opens into the street with easy access especially when on motorcycles.

A beautiful clean and well appointed 4-bedroom cottage in the heart of Albury. A delight to stay here whilst passing through for work.

The property was spacious and comfortable and well located. We appreciated having a secure garage and fenced in yard as well as the washing machine and dryer. The central heating was excellent as the weather was chilly when we were there. Having 2 living areas was also great and the back balcony, although we didn't stay long enough to use it much.
The property was generally clean but the fridge hadn't been wiped out and we could only find one tea towel in the kitchen. The dryer was full of wet towels. We had to call the host to get the keycode for the lock box when we arrived. The host was very friendly and apologetic about that. These were not major issues. None of the beds had top sheets (only a fitted bottom sheet and a doona) and the cot had not been set up, as requested. When we located the cot and set it up, we found it was only suitable for a young baby (not a 3yo which we had listed as one of our guests). The property is located in the heart of Albury which was great for walking everywhere but it also meant there was quite a bit of street noise at night.
