Heruntergekommener Altbau - schlechtes Management
Gute Lage direkt am Rand der Altstadt
Um mit mit der Wohnungsverwaltung "Conciergerie de Clem" kommunizieren zu können, muss man sich zunächst umständlich in einer App anmelden und alle bereits bekannten Daten nochmal eingeben. Wir sind mit den Fahrrädern im Zug angereist und kamen um 13 Uhr in Aurillac an. Es war ein kühler und regnerischer Tag und wir fragten, ob wir die Wohnung vor 16 h beziehen könnten. Antwort: Die Wohnung ist bereit, frühes Einchecken kostet 20 Euro extra (!). Keine Bereitschaft zur Konzession! Vor der Wohnung angekommen mussten wir einen komplizierten Dialog zur Überweisung der 20 Euro durchlaufen. Anschließend bekamen wir zunächst den falschen Code für die Schlüsselbox übermittelt. Das alles dauerte über eine halbe Stunde.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock. Es gibt keinen Lift, man muss das Gepäck über eine zerschlissene Treppe mit Löchern im Linileum hochschleppen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist mit einfachsten Mitteln aufgehübscht worden, was aber nicht über das Alter hinwegtäuschen kann. Uns empfing modriger Geruch. Das Bett ist zu kurz (ca. 190cm) und nicht sehr breit, außerdem ziemlich durchgelegen. Das WiFi-Signal ist schwach, die Verbindung bricht immer wieder ab. Es gibt kein Shampoo, die Dusche zeigt Schimmelbefall.
Wichtig für Fahrradreisende wie uns: Es gibt keinen Platz für die Fahrräder. Wir mussten sie im Hauseingangsbereich abstellen, wo sie den Durchgang behinderten. Die 1 km(!) entfernte Verwaltung bot uns an, die Fahrräder bei ihnen abzustellen.
Während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts hatten wir ausschließlich Kontakt über Messenger mit der Wohnungsverwaltung, die weder kompetent noch engagiert scheint. Sonst ließ sich niemand blicken.
Zusammenfassend: Hier geht es dem Besitzer offensichtlich darum, mit einer anderweitig nicht vermietbaren Wohnung möglichst viel Rendite zu machen. Das Wohlbefinden der Reisenden ist nicht relevant. Das Niveau ist deutlich unter dem, was wir in derselben Preisklasse ansonsten antreffen.
