Good location and price but some problems

Good location and price

Some maintenance and equipment issues that we've raised with the host. Things that might be important to future guests: Bathroom 3 locked. This seems to be a long standing issue though the listing hasn't been updated. Coffee pods not provided and machine not working anyway.

PLEASE read before you book !

The rooms were sufficient for what we needed.

Advertised as 3 bedroom , with 3 en suites, only 2 bathrooms available, 3 ensuite door was screwed shut. Also advertised as 3 parking spaces included, throughout our stay 2 white vehicles were parked outside so we had to pay for parking for 2 cars for the duration of our stay Kitchen had not been cleaned prior to our stay ( food in oven, old onion in fridge, dirty microwave ) images were sent to owner, who apologied and said shed speak with cleaner. Cleaning products were available so i cleaned the kitchen before the rest of our guests arrived, hob was also extremely cracked/broken upon my arrival. When i queried about the 3rd bathroom and lack of cleanliness i was told i was being 'entitled' and that if i wanted a better place to stay i 'should of put my hand in my pocket' which i found highly disrepectful. Whether im paying £100 a night or £1,000 a night i would expect clean facilities and the correct facilities as listed . We were 3 couples so wanted 3 bathrooms for privacy and convienience. Raised a complaint with booking.com who were unable to come to a resolution with owner so gave me £12 booking credit which is useless as im not a frequent user of booking.com and didnt even cover the amount we had to pay for parking which should of been free

Cleaners need to up their game.

Quiet. Comfortable. Decent location.

Despite it being 3 x double rooms, there are only 2 en-suite bathrooms, so the occupants of the third bedroom have to use a bathroom in one of the other bedrooms. So possibly not ideal for 3 couples. The shower tray had not been cleaned properly and I had to clear the drain, so that the shower would drain. Hob is severely cracked and probably not safe to use.

Very quirky and good location

Couldn’t work out how to turn hall lights off so very light in bedroom. Heaters maybe not quite powerful enough for size of rooms

Great location, close to large car park, good sized kitchen and communal space.

Was advertised as 3 ensuite bathrooms, on arrival one of the bathrooms was blocked off and was told by the host it had been changed to 2 bathroom, so with no general toilet facilities for the group we had one bedroom with no access to a toilet during the night! A couple of cleaning issues which I raised on arrival, which the host was apologetic for and gave us a late checkout
