Very close to Seoul Metro Shindang station (you can go anywhere in Seoul more, less than 30minutes) and room was very clean, specially beddings and toilet. In guest share room, you can find everything you need. Washing and dry machine, free coffee machine, hot and cold water, etc.
I cannot think any.

It was spotlessly clean and although small the room was perfect. My bag and shoes fitted perfectly under the bed and there was space to hang items. It also had a fridge and Aircon. The bedding was decent quality, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure. The coffee, water and washing machine were ideal.
Nothing.

New. Good WiFi, good lighting. Clean bathrooms. Looks clean. Laundry. Water stations and free coffee. Firm beds which I like.
Rooms and property are much smaller than the pictures show. The main picture is from the biggest room and the common area in that picture is just for that room. The common area is tiny and just a place to get water or coffee.
Bathroom sink is a hand sink. No wet/ dry separation in bathroom.
My bed didn’t have sheets separating the blanket. So it felt not sanitary with the blanket.
They spray for cockroaches because there are many surrounding the area.
Place is directly above the metro, so the building will shake when the train comes.
