It was nice and comfortable - snug, but comfortable and clean. We felt right at home. The kitchen had everything we need

It was nice and comfortable - snug, but comfortable and clean.

It was a little in the small side did 3 of us.

It was excellent

The property was very cozy and clean. The host was super responsive, and helpful.

The apartment is located on the first floor, and the windows open onto the street. In the morning, nothing bothered us, but at night, it was sometimes hard to fall asleep because of people standing by the wall and talking.

AVOID! Don't book here!

Absolutely NOTHING

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a very busy and noisy street, with all the windows facing directly onto the street. This makes it impossible to open the windows for fresh air, and every time we returned, the apartment felt humid and stuffy. Upon arrival, we found the drain still clogged with dirty leaves left by previous guests, and there was a sticky black residue on the oven handle. The apartment was only equipped with two small trash bins and no extra trash bags. Similarly, we were provided with just two rolls of toilet paper, even though there were three of us staying for four days. When we asked, we were told that two rolls are considered a “welcome kit” and that the rest is self-catered. For the price we paid, you could easily stay in a four-star hotel with much better amenities and service. Plus the dishes provided weren't well cleaned they were oily and we had to rewash them before using. The worst part: The flat is right next to the elevator, which makes an incredibly loud noise every time it’s used. The elevator is also very slow, so the noise lasts a long time and can occur at any hour-including waking us up at 3 a.m. After the first night, we contacted the manager to request a refund for the remaining days, but both the manager and the property were unresponsive and unhelpful. Since we booked through Booking.com, we needed the property’s approval to process a refund and book a hotel elsewhere, but they simply ignored our requests, leaving us stuck. Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. I’ve used Booking.com for years and have never encountered anything this bad before. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Maravilhosa
