We had issues with hot water, which was solved by moving to different room.

An sich eine ruhige Lage, v.a. nachts, innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten an 3 verschiedenen u-Bahn Linien und innerhalb von 20 Minuten ab Hotel ist man in Iidabashi oder Shinjuku wo man in gefühlt jede Richtung fahren kann. Kommunikation mit dem Personal über die Nachrichten war schnell.
Sauberkeit ist verbesserbar, vor allem webn man diese Unterkunft vergleicht mit dem Mi-Hotel in Kameido, das war deutlich besser. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr dreckig, die Eingangstüre ist immer offen statt mit einem Pin gesichert, nach dem Putzen stand 3 tage lang wasser vor unserer Türe was den Eingangsbereich unseres Zimmer schnell dreckig gemacht hat. Schade, da das Gebäude recht neu wirkt

Location easy access to bus and subway and grocery. Quiet area
The common areas are dirty and untidy. The aircon in the unit we stayed was clogged with dust. Bed was uncomfortable. No elevator and stairway is narrow and makes it difficult to bring luggage up.
