We stayed at DClass Apartments for 16 days while my son completed his college admission process in Genoa. For a stay this long, comfort and convenience mattered a great deal, and it delivered on both.
The location is excellent. The apartment looks out onto the Piazza della Nunziata, and that view was a real boon. The area is well connected: bus stops and the Principe train station are close, so getting around the city, running admission-related errands and taking day trips was never a problem. The historic centre, Via Garibaldi and the Porto Antico are all within easy walking distance.
A big plus for the long stay was the Doro supermarket very close by. We could pick up groceries, fresh produce and daily essentials in minutes and cook at the apartment, which saved money and made us feel settled. The kitchen was well equipped for this, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which was important for forms, emails and online paperwork.
The managers were outstanding. They were responsive even before we checked in. We arrived quite late at night but they were in touch over WhatsApp till we found the keys and entered the apartment. Very friendly and genuinely understanding of our situation, they were always quick to help.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. I would happily stay again and recommend it to families, students and anyone planning a longer visit to Genoa.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bedroom was pleasant. Location good for the old town.
The kitchen was just a shelf with a small sink, stove top and microwave behind a large cupboard door that got in the way for sitting at the table or moving past. Not practical at all for cooking so we didn’t. No dishwasher tablets, no coffee, insufficient toilet paper, no kitchen roll…usually all supplied in a rented holiday let! No instructions how to use any thing including the radiators which came on making the place too warm. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi code. We asked for an extra pillow which never arrived. Apartment is in a block just above a very busy road tunnel so constant noise, day and night of buses, motorcycles and cars. Roadworks outside which moved the bus stop just outside the main door so congestion there.
