Nice stay in Cebu IT Park

Awful. Lack of professionalism and care. Scam - stay away

We were meant to check in on a Friday. Firstly the reception was a bit away from the entrance- we had to go through the security team and look at your booking, then with all 5 luggages to bring, we had to go zigzagy way to the lift, get out and go through another zigzagy way to reception. Upon check in reception couldn’t find our booking.(as this was done via booking.com, apparently the owner should have sent them authorisation so they can let us in. There were no such thing). They tried to look, called the owner of the apartment- but couldn’t get through. At the same time we tried to do it ourselves, however, the phone signal in reception was abysmal. After making a strop, the receptionist allowed us to tether to his phone cos wifi in the building wasn’t working. Typical. We tried to message the owner, tried to call several times, and messaged booking.com but couldn’t reach them. After nearly an hour at reception trying to check in, and as we were becoming hungry and frustrated, we decided to leave and find alternative accommodation. Thankfully we were driven by our friends and they waited for us near the entrance so we had to again go out through the zigzagy way to the lift, and out via the main entrance with all our 5 heavy luggage. Several minutes later, the owner of the apartment messaged ‘hi hi sorry’. That’s when I thought there was no professionalism with this person. They had the audacity to ask us to come back as they have already submitted the authorisation to the front desk. I was like- no- we want a full refund. The owner then had the audacity to ask us to cancell on our end as they cannot cancel from their end. Cancelling on our end would have meant we get nothing back and can’t leave a review. She reassured us that we will get a full refund. As trust has broken down, and I felt this was all a scam, I called booking.com so they can sort it out. A nice lady had managed to speak to the owner and our booking was cancelled and refunded a few days...

Excellent

Every time I go to Cebu this is my best option to stay. Owner is so friendly and he is very helpful. Location is good and everything is handy, equipments and etc..

It’s not property responsibility but the constructions around makes a lot of noise 😊

Was ok, but the ac in the bedroom got me sick. Having it over your head does clearly not do good at night
