It’s exceptionally quiet. Good shower, smart tv (once you work it out), very comfy bed and couch. Fantastic location - close to Kingston shops and buses, and the surrounding foreshore and lake are very pretty.
À full length mirror, a few tea bags for an arrival cuppa, and tips on how to use the washer/dryer would have been appreciated.

Beautiful unit, well cared for, felt like a home whilst I was travelling for work. Everything was super easy.
Pick up and drop off of keys was frustrating. I didn't allow for the extra 5 mins travel time and parking etc

Nice quiet location
Check in and check out especially were painful and time consuming to go to another address to collect and then couldn’t return keys as it was closed so had to return to the property and try to find a letterbox to leave them.
Some information on how to use washer/dryer, coffee maker, tv etc would be useful.

Location, cleanliness
Facilities were cheaply sourced. TV was useless.
Apartment bland, little ‘Zen’ to it.
Check in arrangements were difficult - required calls to agent.
