Staff very friendly, always happy to Help
I wasn’t happy with the fact that I booked and paid for a triple room because I wanted more space, as it is larger. However, since there were only two of us, the staff questioned why we wanted a triple room. In the end, I was given a twin room instead of the one I had booked.
Overall, my stay was good, but I was disappointed that I paid for one type of room and was given something different without my booking being respected.
