Great location outdated facilities

Location was excellent . Facilities average

The lifts are overcrowded and slow. The apartment we stayed in needed a full refurb. Walls were cracked , old furniture etc

5 / 10

Overpriced for what you get

Location - great for reaching city centre

Overpriced for what you get. Outdated rooms and showers. Personal very unpleasant - you don’t know what room will you get. Longest wait for the lifts.

8 / 10

A nice plaza with a nice infinity pool

The infinity pool is nice to have pictures with Petronas tower on the background. The apartment is big and clean.

Only thing about this place is that it is not a hotel. It is a big plaza and you rent an apartment. There can be a lot of waiting time in the lift as it is a tall building.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. I will be returning to Malaysia in a few days, but I would neve

Pool view overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers.

Room cleanliness, front desk service, and housekeeping service
