The apartment was perfect for a stay for one night for our family with kids. The second one, since the first one was already occupied...
When we arrived at our apartment (with the acces code), there was already another guest. Double booking, due to an error in the system. We spend quite some time fixing this situation, and in the end got another apartment. We never got an apology, or any other form of communication afterwards, which was really disappointing. Although the apartment was nice, it didn't feel safe due to the double booking and lack of communication.
