Shameful
Nothing 😔
Did not like the bait and switch technique that booking.com said I was in this hotel but the address was for another hotel horrible place this is not about the hotel it's about booking.com not vetting these hotels that they advertise to be clean safe and a place where you can bring your family and have a piece of mind
Did not like being told that I could pay at the property but yet you charge my card credit card debit card whatever form of payment I have before I even see the property and then being told it was up to the property owner whether property owner charged my card or not, even if I didn't check in or use the accommodations Booking.com has been a company I've trusted for years now I see different thank God my credit union help me get the charges off of my card. Booking.com need to make sure these places they advertise are as they say they are and stop acting like they have nothing to do with the money if you're not satisfied, it's all up to the property owners.
Booking.com need to hiring someone to check these places out . I was traveling with my 6-year-old daughter the place you book us in had a seven out of 10 rating when I arrived on property it looked like a hurricane had hit it and abandon I was 800 miles away from my home depending on you to guide me to somewhere that was safe and comfortable instead I wind up booking with hotel.com for a comfortable stay was not going to leave a comment but my son has another game out of town and the whole unpleasant incident came up again when I read a review from one of my fellow patron and the incident sounded similar so I had to do my part and report what had happened to me Booking.com let's get it together you better than this I have years of experience with you to know you're better than this be better than this this is shameful:
