Lovely location and good value

The view and location close to the beach

The key fob broke and we asked for a replacement but didn’t get one . A light fitting was hanging off the wall . The whole apartment needed a bit of an upgrade

Je souhaite signaler de graves manquements à l’hygiène, à la sécurité et à l’information, rendant ce logement totalement impropre à la location. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté les problèmes suivants : 1. Logement insalubre • Salle de bain très sale et manifestement non nettoyée. • Brosse de toilettes sans poils et souillée d’excréments. • Douche que j’ai dû nettoyer moi-même avant de pouvoir l’utiliser. • Lavabo mal ajusté, rendant son utilisation presque impossible. • Cuisine : couverts, tasses et assiettes rangés sales, non lavés. • Placard d’entrée encombré : j’ai dû faire de la place pour pouvoir y mettre mes vêtements. • Matelas présentant des taches suspectes. 2. Logement en mauvais état • Vitres de la porte-fenêtre extrêmement sales : impossible de voir la mer, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. • Pas d’ampoule dans le salon : j’ai dû déplacer celle du couloir. • Lustre totalement oxydé. • Petit meuble très sale. 3. Manquements graves à la sécurité • Absence d’alarme incendie : elle avait été retirée. • Porte d’entrée inondée, rendant toute sortie impossible. • Je suis restée bloquée dans le parking, car le propriétaire m’a demandé de laisser la clé dans l’appartement, sans m’informer qu’il serait ensuite impossible de sortir du bâtiment depuis l’intérieur. Ces situations sont inacceptables, dangereuses et contraires aux standards minimums de propreté, de sécurité, et aux engagements affichés lors de la réservation. Je dispose de photos et vidéos attestant de la véracité de chacun des points mentionnés.

Très bien situé dans la ville de Cap Breton.
