We had a few small issues but the online staff were really good at dealing with our queries.

Very clean and a very nice place with all the usual facilities for an apartment

The A/C was not working which was very disappointing as it essential for the summer months. The second bed was not made up when we arrived and sheets were not available to do it ourselves. The staff were most helpful with supporting us on a solution. Very prompt and easy to deal with.

Beautiful & Comfortable stay

It was easy to collect the keys on arrival as per instructions given via email on check in day. The unit was beautifully designed, with all the amenities included, and the location has easy access to trams, metro & taxi.

There was a party at the ground floor with very loud music that lasted till midnight one night during our stay, the building should have regulated to lower the volume by 11 pm not till past midnight.

Outstanding stay in Milan – highly recommended! Italianway Collection apartments are perfect for travelers who value comfort, cleanliness, and high standards and are not looking to compromise on quality. It is honestly hard to find a single downside. The apartments are located on one of Milan’s central streets with a wonderful atmosphere, surrounded by cafés, bars, pizzerias, Starbucks, and branded shops. Moscova metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, and Garibaldi station is about 10 minutes away. The check-in process is very well organized and fully contactless. The entrance to the building is opened via a link sent by email, and the apartment keys are stored in a secure lockbox on the door, also opened through a link. Inside, you receive three regular keys: one for the building entrance, one for the shared door with another Italianway Collection apartment (with identical amenities, only different artwork), and one for the apartment itself. Everything is very clear and easy to understand. The apartment itself is extremely cozy and modern, with beautiful paintings and a stylish interior. It is fully equipped with everything you might need: two TVs, a washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, a very comfortable bed, a large comfortable sofa bed, and perfectly clean bed linen. Communication with the Italianway Collection team via WhatsApp was excellent — the staff is friendly, helpful, and very responsive. I would like to sincerely thank the Italianway Collection team for such a wonderful stay and Booking.com for being a reliable platform. I am very satisfied with my choice and would happily stay here again.

Exceptional place and location!!!

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Fully equipped, clean and modern. The location is excellent with many restaurants and shops around. Very safe building and area! The agency team, is excellent. Responding quickly to any of my requests. One of the best apartments I ever booked. I will definitely choose the same apartment again on every visit to Milan.

Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect.
