Falta se limpieza y mantenimiento

Han hecho un buen intento de reformar, no tienen mal gusto, pero la falta de mantenimiento y de limpieza convierten todo en una "experiencia" desagradable.

Falta de limpieza, suelo y ventanas sucísimos, ropa de cama con malar olor, al igual que las toallas. Terraza con sillas rotas. Edificio viejísimo y mal cuidado.

Dejadez y suciedad

Lo único bueno de este apartamento es la ubicación, a unos 15 minutos andando del centro de Pau.

- El apartamento estaba MUY sucio. - Encontramos cristales en el suelo, el aspirador no funcionaba, escribí a la propietaria, y su respuesta al respecto fue inexistente. - Los armarios de la cocina y los utensilios estaban muy sucios, llenos de grasa. - La cisterna del wc tardaba más de 10 minutos en llenarse, con lo que no se podía volver a tirar de la cadena en ese tiempo. - Del lavabo del cuarto de baño apenas salía agua, con lo que resultaba difícil lavarse la cara o incluso las manos. Esto hacía que se saliera el agua por detrás del lavabo, empapando toda la mesa alrededor. - La fregona estaba tremendamente sucia, y el cepillo igual. - La cama de una de las habitaciones dobles era muy mala: el colchón se hunde y se clavan los muelles en la espalda. - La fianza de 500€ por dos noches, me parece excesiva, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que luego tardan 4-5 días en devolverla. - La comunicación con la propietaria es muy mala. Cuando le escribía, la mitad de las veces tenía la sensación de estar hablando con una inteligencia artificial, pues su respuesta nada tenía que ver con mi mensaje. - Algunos de los muebles estaban dañados (brazo del sofá, tirador del frigorífico, sillas de la terraza...). - El ascensor es muy estrecho. - El garaje es cubierto (resulta un poco tétrico por el mal mantenimiento), pero la puerta está permanentemente abierta, con lo que es igual que dejar el coche en la calle. Si el apartamento estuviera mejor cuidado, con mayor mantenimiento, y limpio, se parecería a lo que se describe en el anuncio. Booking pone un 2 a mi valoración de manera automática, pero mi puntuación real sería un 1, únicamente por la ubicación. No lo recomiendo.
