Langer Aufenthalt in einer heruntergekommenen Wohnung - Renovierung nötig!

Wir haben insgesamt drei Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter (Román) über WhatsApp war problemlos und nach Übersendung der Personalausweiskopien bekamen wir den Code zum Schlüsselsafe an der Haustür. Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine Art Einliegerwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines größeren Hauses, zu dessen Bewohnern wir aber keinen Kontakt hatten. Die Lage ist recht zentral zu allen Attraktionen in Garachico und sehr ruhig. Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich ein kleiner Platz, auf dem man sich es auf Bänken gemütlich machen kann und auch den Wäscheständer aufstellen kann, da dazu in der Wohnung nicht wirklich Platz ist. Zwei Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz, auf dem wir in den drei Wochen immer einen freien Platz für unseren Mietwagen gefunden haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eigentlich gut, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Fernseher, Mikrowelle, Gasherd und Backofen. Eine Heizung oder Klimaanlage gibt es in der Wohnung allerdings nicht. Die Wohnung hätte das Potential, ihren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage zu bieten, dazu müsste der Inhaber allerdings dringend ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten durchführen (lassen).

Trotz der geschilderten Vorzüge der Unterkunft bezüglich Lage und Ruhe würden wir anderen Gästen von einem längeren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in ihrem jetzigen Zustand dringend abraten! Wir haben leider folgende Erfahrungen machen müssen: 1) Die Wohnung lässt sich sehr schlecht lüften, da die alten Fenster so verzogen sind, dass man sie fast nur mit roher Gewalt aufbekommt. 2) Das Bad ist fensterlos, hat aber auch keine andere Entlüftung, so dass in Kombination mit der unter 1) genannten Fensterproblematik ein feuchtes, muffiges Raumklima entsteht, was nach drei Wochen dazu führte, dass auf den Koffern, welche im hinteren, kleineren Zimmer gelagert waren, Schimmel entstanden war (s. Fotos). 3) Im Bad funktionierte das Warmwasser am Waschbecken nicht, Der Duschvorhang ist undicht, so dass bei der Benutzung der Dusche jedes mal das halbe Bad überschwemmt wurde, die Duschwanne ist angeschlagen und angerostet, die Spülung des WC schaltet sich nicht richtig ab, so dass ständig Wasser fließt. In der Küche funktionierte der Ofen nur auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter, der dann vermutlich die Stromversorgung des Ofens aus dem Haupthaus hat einschalten lassen. 4) Fensterrahmen und andere ältere Möbel aus Holz sind von Holzwürmern befallen (siehe Fotos). 5) die Elektrik der Wohnung ist unterdimensioniert, so dass wir zweimal plötzlich einen kompletten Stromausfall hatten, obwohl in der Unterverteilung der Wohnung selbst alle Sicherungen eingeschaltet waren. Nach Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp hat er offenbar jemanden im Haupthaus die Hauptsicherung wieder einschalten lassen, was einmal drei und beim zweiten Mal eine Stunde gedauert hat. 6) durch die Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung bröselt an vielen Stellen der Putz von den Wänden. 7) Das kleine Bett im hinteren Zimmer hat eine durchgelegene Matratze, im größeren Bett kann man einigermaßen bequem schlafen.

Tuvimos que limpiar la nevera por que estaba sucia como que se cayó coca cola o algo, había papeles debajo del sillón y las ventanas no se pueden abrir por qué tienen los bichitos esos de las ventanas y se llenaba todo de piscos. Al final no terminamos la estancia nos fuimos el jueves en vez del domingo. Nos fuimos ahora el sur

La ubicación está genial, ya que está a un minuto del centro del pueblo.
