Do Not stay here ever
Check in was easy
The unit is old and the photos are nothing like what the place actually looks like. The curtains are full of holes so light comes thru and wakes you up. Light bulbs burnt out or not working at all. No lights work in the shower. AC and Heating system didn't work at all and the property sent me a letter confirming. The host is rude and didn't refund my money after he told me he would (I checked out and left early due to the issues) I will post the messages here so you can see the refund offer and the letter from the property confirming issues: This is a building-wide issue with the chillers, and engineering is still working on stabilizing the system. We were told it should be fixed today. The A/C should be working, but performance may not be ideal until the chillers are fully back to normal.
Because this affects the entire building, moving you to another unit unfortunately wouldnt improve the situation, as all units are experiencing the same temporary impact. We also are not receiving similar complaints from other guests at this time.
We truly appreciate your patience while the building completes the repairs. Please keep me updated on how the temperature feels on your end. "You may check out with the front desk and we will refund the remaining of the stay. Engineering confirmed there is no issue with the AC in the unit." " Hi, The guest may check out with the front desk, and we will refund the
remaining of the stay. Engineering advised there is no issue with the
AC in the unit. It’s a centralized system in the building and outside
of our control if not up to the guest standards. The building is fully
booked and haven’t received a single complaint. Regards, Din
