La seule chose que nous avons aimé, etait la place de Parking.
Cette réservation effectuée via la plateforme, s’est malheureusement révélée être une expérience extrêmement décevante et inacceptable sur plusieurs plans.
Dès notre arrivée dans le logement, nous avons constaté un état de saleté généralisée et manifeste :
Présence de poils pubiens et de cheveux dans tous les lits,
Serviettes de bain visiblement déjà utilisées,
Salle de bain très sale : brosse des toilettes souillée d’excréments, tapis de bain plein de cheveux et dans un état d’usure avancé,
L’ensemble des pièces présentaient un niveau d’insalubrité incompatible avec toute location touristique.
Pire encore, un de mes enfants, après s’être douché, s’est essuyé avec une serviette sale couverte de poils pubiens, ce qui est absolument inadmissible.
Nous avons immédiatement signalé la situation via la plateforme et une femme de ménage est intervenue pour constater letat salubre de l'appartement. Cependant, elle n’a pas procédé au nettoyage du logement. Elle a simplement déposé du linge propre dans la soiree, tout en minimisant la situation en affirmant que les poils et cheveux présents provenaient d’elle et que cela n’était "pas grave".
Cette réponse, et l’absence de nettoyage réel, nous ont contraints à quitter le logement temporairement pour permettre à nos enfants (venus pour une compétition internationale) et à leur père (ayant des engagements professionnels) de se reposer dans des conditions décentes. Nous ne sommes revenus que tard dans la soirée, uniquement pour dormir, après avoir nous-mêmes changé tout le linge de lit (draps, oreillers, housses de couette) sur chaque lit.( arrivee à 15h dans l'appartement, reparti vers 16h30 pr se reposer ailleurs apres avoir pris le temps de recevoir une femme de menage qui expliquait malgre l'état du logement surplace qu'elle avait fait le menage et parler avec l'hôte pendant 20 min....
