Hinterhofwohnung mit "Balkon"
Nichts, dieses Appartement sollte in Zukunft nicht als Ferienwohnung angeboten werden.
Es wurde in der Beschreibung der Wohnung ein Balkon erwähnt. Dieser entpuppte sich als winziger Küchenbalkon von ca 1,5qm, der komplett als Abstellfläche für Putzutensilien , einen Wäscheständer und eine Gasheizung diente. Die Gasheizung war an der linken Wand mit der scharfen Unterkante in Kopfhöhe montiert, hier besteht ein extremes Verletzungsrisiko. Dieser " Balkon" war in keinster Weise für einen Aufenthalt im Freien zu nutzen , eine Unverschämtheit und bewusste Irreführung der Mietinteressenten. Dieser Balkon führte zudem in einen asozialen Hinterhof, wie auch der Blick aus den übrigen Zimmern und dem Bad! Eine Hinterhofwohnung, was in der Beschreibung mit keinem Wort erwähnt wurde!!! Als Ferienwohnung in diesem Umfeld völlig ungeeignet!!! Hier möchte niemand seinen Urlaub verbringen!! Der gesamte Urlaub hat unter dieser Atmosphäre gelitten!
Weiterhin gab es Schimmel an der Küchendecke oberhalb der Spüle, welcher nach einigen Tagen notdürftig überstrichen wurde.
Die Dusche war undicht und Wasser drang durch die Wand zur Küche und es bildeten sich dort nach jedem Duschen Pfützen, die von uns aufgewischt werden mussten. Auch eine von Interhome nach einer Woche veranlasste Reparatur brachte bis zu unserem Abreisetag am 15.9. keine Besserung!
Stattdessen bekamen wir eine extra Anzahl Handtücher, um das Wasser in der Küche aufwischen zu können.
Unserem Wunsch in eine andere Wohnung zu wechseln , sah man sich bei der lokalen Repräsentanz von Interhome nicht in der Lage nachzukommen. Stattdessen bot man uns eine "Kompensation" in Höhe von 140€ an, in die wir auch einwilligten.
Mir ging u geht es nicht um eine Wiedergutmachung eines verpatzten Urlaubs ,sondern dass diese Wohnung in Zukunft nicht mehr als Ferienwohnung angeboten wird, um Anderen diese bittere Enttäuschung zu ersparen.
