Our vacation rental is a new construction scheduled for completion in May 2023. The house has 2 apartments. The vacation rental is located on the first floor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 single beds; 1 bed measuring 120 cm), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and 1 kitchen with a sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with direct access to our large balcony on the east and south sides of the house

Here on our farm, you can unwind and leave all your stress behind.
Our vacation rental is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. After a strenuous day of hiking, a walk-in shower awaits you in the bathroom. You can also enjoy a little break in front of the TV in the spacious kitchen. Summer evenings, in particular, are perfect for relaxing on the spacious balcony, which stretches along the east and south sides of the house. However, the spacious interior also offers a cozy and warm atmosphere for relaxing in case of bad weather or during the winter. The bedrooms are equipped with closets and nightstands, as well as blackout curtains, so you don’t have to start your day too early.
For children, there’s a spacious sandbox, a trampoline, swings, slides, and a ping-pong table to keep them entertained. Since we’re a very family-friendly and pet-friendly farm, in addition to the farm animals, we also have rabbits and a dog.
From the kitchen, you can admire our local mountains to the south: the Hochries, Karkopf, Feichteck, and Heuberg. To the east, from the bedroom and the kitchen, you can see the Kampenwand, which is a bit farther away (about a 25-minute drive). The mountains are quick and easy to reach. The Austrian border is only about 50 km away, and our beautiful city of Rosenheim is easily accessible in about 15 minutes.
Our farm is located in a very quiet area with an incredibly beautiful, unobstructed view, yet you can quickly get back to the highway (Frasdorf or Achenmühle exits), into town, to the nearest supermarket (10 minutes), or even to the mountains.
Well-known lakes such as Siemsee (about 15 minutes away) or Chiemsee with its beautiful castles (about 25 minutes away) can be easily and quickly reached by bike or car from our farm.
To ensure our guests feel at home and can experience country life even more fully, we’re always happy to answer questions or provide information about our orchard meadows.
Starting in July, we always have fresh apples from our own fruit trees, as well as a wide variety of vegetables—which you might need for a snack before heading into the mountains.
Even in winter, we can offer little treats like walnuts or homemade jams. If you have a sweet tooth, you’re welcome to try some honey from our two bee colonies, which are located in our orchard meadows.
