Welcome to “Reethüs,” an exclusive thatched-roof vacation home in the heart of Keitum on Sylt. This extraordinary retreat combines design, stylish elegance, and Nordic coziness to create a sanctuary for discerning guests seeking tranquility, quality, and privacy on vacation.
The house has been extensively renovated and furnished to the highest standards. Exquisite custom woodwork, oak plank floors, and select furnishings by Gervasoni define the stylish ambiance. Large wooden-mullioned windows, light-colored fabrics, and high-quality materials create a warm, inviting atmosphere—stylish, elegant, and cozy all at once.
An absolute highlight is the private sauna (steam and Finnish saunas) in the spacious natural-stone bathroom with a shower grotto. Dornbracht fixtures, underfloor heating, and luxurious amenities transform the wellness area into an oasis of well-being—perfect after long walks on the beach or through the Wadden Sea.
On the first floor, you’ll find the open kitchen with a modern cooking island, a cozy dining area with a round bench, and the approximately 30-square-meter living room with a view of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, a NESPRESSO machine with a milk frother, a kettle, a toaster, and a WMF smoothie blender. A Miele washer-dryer, an additional washing machine, a separate clothes dryer, an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner are also available.
The vacation home offers a total of three bedrooms on three levels. On the upper floor is a stylish bedroom with a double bed (2.10 x 1.80 m) and a separate en suite dressing room. Also on the upper floor is an office and guest room with a single bed (2 x 0.8 m). In the converted attic with exposed beams, there is another bedroom with a double bed (2 x 1.80 m) as well as a separate small shower room.
Entertainment and modern comforts are provided by three 40-inch HD LED flat-screen TVs, a Bang & Olufsen stereo system with a CD player and radio, a DVD player, and unlimited Wi-Fi access with DSL 16,000. House Rules/Pricing Information:
All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person (ages 4 and up) is charged €23 per night.
Plus a one-time fee: €269 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.
- Please schedule arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- Dog allowed (max. 1): €15.00 per night
- Early check-in: €60.00 one-time fee
- Late check-out: €60.00 one-time fee
