This newly renovated apartment offers every amenity for a peaceful stay where you’ll feel right at home.
The accommodations are a studio apartment located in the central area of Florence.
It features a new kitchen with an induction stove, dishwasher, and oven; the refrigerator with freezer, located right next to it, offers ample space to store everything you need for both short and long stays.
Equipped with all the kitchen utensils you need for a comfortable stay, we provide new dishes and cutlery, as well as a basic supply of condiments (oil, salt, and sugar) so you won’t have to buy them upon arrival.
Just a little further down, you’ll find everything you need for breakfast and more. We have a new microwave for heating up ready-made meals, as well as an American-style coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine—we’ll provide the capsules. You’ll find tea bags and some snacks (croissants, tartlets, and pastries) upon arrival to enjoy for breakfast.
The room also features a sofa where you can relax during meals or after a long day; this sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for guests who request it if there are more than 2 guests.
The space between the bedroom and the living room is separated by a hallway where you’ll find a coat rack for hanging jackets and bags.
The bedroom features a French-style double bed with a double wardrobe. The TV is wall-mounted and integrated with the best streaming services available today, such as Netflix, Prive Video, and YouTube.
It features a portable wall-mounted mini air conditioner for both heating and cooling; if that’s not enough, for hot days we’ve installed a ceiling fan that can be adjusted using a dedicated remote control.
The bathroom, located next to the bedroom, is stocked with all kinds of toiletries, including shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
The storage closet next to the bedroom contains the washing machine and cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner and floor mop.
Here you can easily store your luggage without it getting in the way throughout the house.
We provide all linens—both for the bed and the bathroom.
We’ve provided a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit just in case.

We were quite pleased with this location and VRBO. The bedroom was quite beautiful and the resources left were helpful to us. The bus line was super conveniently located just a minute away. The shower is a bit small but it fit the space and wouldn’t hinder our staying here again.

The Location is perfect and great communication with the host. We unfortunately had some water problems that impacted our only full day in Florence so that was dissapointing. The shower is functional but quite dated. The coffee equipment and supplies were awesome.

I loved that we were close enough to everything- within a 15 minute walk to major landmarks, still had local cafe/ restaurants and also far enough away from the busy streets. It was all around a perfect stay for Florence.

Bathroom very small, no AC in bedroom. Host is not very responsive. Location is ideal.
