It accommodates up to 6 people—with four bedrooms (three double beds, one double sofa bed, and one crib), a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two restrooms, a loggia, and an open-concept loft. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and double sink.
You access the apartment through your own separate entrance—for maximum independence and peace and quiet.
Warmth & Coziness: A central tiled stove with a glass window provides cozy warmth and creates a calm, inviting atmosphere—ideal for reading, meditating, or spending time together. Firewood is included. The underfloor heating ensures gentle, even warmth.

Sirnitz – right in the heart of Carinthia’s natural wonders Sirnitz is nestled between the rolling Nockberge Mountains and the upper and lower Gurk Valley —a true hidden gem for anyone who loves nature, tranquility, and outdoor activities.
Numerous trails lead directly from Sirnitz into nature—such as the Hemma Hiking Trail toward Gurk or the old church path to Himmelberg, passing by the small Church of St. Leonhard—a special place to pause and reflect.
The surrounding area offers some real highlights: the Hochrindl with its extensive alpine hiking trails and cozy huts, the mountain village of Turrach with the idyllic Lake Turrach and the Nockiflitzer—an Alpine roller coaster for young and old alike —or the famous Nockalmstraße, one of Austria’s most beautiful scenic roads, which winds its way through the Nockberge Mountains in countless curves.
