The Space:

Elevate is a modern hilltop home on a full, fully fenced acre, reached by its own driveway in a quiet neighborhood that is still developing. Floor-to-ceiling sliders flood the main living area with natural light, and white walls paired with dark accents keep the interior crisp. Two king bedrooms each have an ensuite, with a third guest bathroom, and a converted game room adds a pool table, foosball and a lounge. It suits couples traveling together and small groups. Mornings bring sunrise through the open sliders and evenings bring golden hour over the pool, so plan to be up for at least one of them.

-Outdoor Amenities-

The manicured, fully fenced yard is a clean counterpoint to the open desert beyond. The pool is the center of it all, a place to spend the afternoon and return to at sunset, when the sky's colors reflect across the water. After dark, the fire pit becomes the gathering point, and the in-ground hot tub offers a warmer, quieter spot. An outdoor couch rounds out the lounge area, and the grill sits close by for easy meals outside. Once night falls, this acre of desert opens up for real stargazing.



-Living Area-

The main living room is spacious and open concept, anchored by floor-to-ceiling windows that keep it connected to the outdoors, with a smart TV for movie nights. Just off the main house, the garage has been converted into a game room with direct access to the pool area. A pool table and foosball table make it a natural gathering spot, and it has its own TV and lounge seating for a change of scene.



-Kitchen and Dining-

The kitchen is open concept and modern, with new Cafe appliances, cookware and cooking supplies, plus spices, oils and other complimentary items to make cooking easier. A coffee setup is ready for slow mornings. The six-seat dining table and breakfast bar seating give the whole group room to gather, and the BBQ grill brings dinner outside.



-Bedrooms and Bathrooms-

Both bedrooms have king beds and their own ensuite bathrooms, so each pair of guests has privacy and a space of their own. The first bedroom carries the home's modern palette of blacks and beiges through its décor. With the two ensuites and an additional guest bathroom, there are three bathrooms in total, each with a walk-in shower.



-Surrounding Area-

Elevate sits in a tucked-away, peaceful neighborhood, convenient to town yet private. Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneertown and Palm Springs all make easy outings. Spend the days hiking and exploring, then come back up the hill for sunset.



Guest Access:

The entire house and property are yours to enjoy! Please note that a few supply closets stay locked to store rental supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Elevate sits on a full acre at the top of its own driveway, in a quiet, developing neighborhood about five minutes from the main stretch of town. The last 2 miles to the home are dirt roads. Joshua Tree National Park is roughly 12 miles from the house, Pioneertown about 10 miles and Palm Springs about 30 miles, with the airport at about 38 miles.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.



Please note that Elevate is in a remote location, and the final stretch to the home is on dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.



Other Things to Note:

-House-Specific Rules-

► No external speakers, music or excessive noise, please. Any noise-related fines or disturbance fees will be passed on to the guest.

► To protect your health and safety, as well as the hot tub and linens, all guests are asked to shower before and after using the hot tub. Please do not allow pets of any kind in the hot tub. Plastic cups are provided for outdoor use, and no glass is permitted in or around the water. If the water is left in poor condition due to misuse, an additional cleaning or maintenance fee may be charged.



-Pool Heating Fee-

Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival, as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.



► July through September: $250 per day

► October through June: $300 per day



During the winter months, please be aware that colder outdoor temperatures may cause the pool to feel cooler than its maintained temperature of 85°F. We kindly ask that you ensure this temperature meets your comfort level before submitting a request, as refunds cannot be issued on this basis.



-Hot Tub Heating-

To help manage propane costs, there is a $50 per day fee to heat the hot tub. Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.



-Pool and Hot Tub Service-

The pool and hot tub are serviced Thursdays, approximately between 9am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.



-Pet Policy-

We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation how many dogs you are bringing. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Wildlife & Safety-

The desert landscape is teeming with wildlife and natural beauty, offering a unique connection to nature, but it's important to be mindful of the creatures and plants that call this area home. Guests may encounter a variety of wildlife during their stay, and while direct encounters with dangerous animals like coyotes, snakes, scorpions, bobcats, mountain lions and other desert dwellers are rare, it is important to be aware of your surroundings and to keep a safe distance from these creatures when spotted. Additionally, the desert is dotted with sharp cacti and other spiky plants. For your safety, always supervise children, pets, ESAs, and service animals while outdoors. Dogs should remain on a leash at all times and be watched closely while outdoors, as they can wander into potentially unsafe situations with wildlife or plants. By booking this property, guests acknowledge the potential for wildlife encounters and assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group. By respecting the local environment and staying aware, you can fully enjoy the magic of the desert.



-Security Camera-

For your security, there is an exterior camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway, which monitors vehicles and occupancy. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any private areas, including the pool and hot tub areas.



-Cell Service-

Cell phone coverage in the area may be limited or unavailable depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is available at the property.



-Damage Waiver Policy-

Each reservation requires either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
