Katastrophaler Hygienezustand – Direkt wieder abgereist! Absolute Abzocke.

Nichts. Wir sind direkt wieder abgereist.

Negativ: Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht und schockiert über den Zustand dieses Appartements. Wie die vielen positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen, ist uns ein absolutes Rätsel und für uns keineswegs nachvollziehbar. Schon bei der Ankunft bot sich uns ein Bild des Grauens: Küche & Equipment: Das Kochgeschirr (Töpfe, Pfannen) war völlig verkrustet, dreckig und fettig. Der Backofen war innen komplett eingebrannt und voller alter Speisereste. Es war schlicht unmöglich, hier auch nur irgendetwas hygienisch zuzubereiten. Bad & Hygiene: Der Duschkopf war extrem verkalkt und braun verschmutzt, die Abflüsse verdreckt und die Haushaltsgeräte (wie die Waschmaschine) verrostet, schimmelig und abgeplatzt. Wände & Gesamteindruck: Wände und Oberflächen waren übersät mit Flecken und Schmutzspuren. Aufgrund des extrem verdreckten Gesamtzustands hatten wir ernsthafte Bedenken hinsichtlich der Ungeziefer- und Milbenbelastung (besonders in den Textilien/Betten). Ein Aufenthalt war für uns absolut unzumutbar, weshalb wir noch am Anreisetag umgehend wieder abgereist sind. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang der Betreiber mit der Situation: Es gab keinerlei Einsicht, Vernunft oder Entgegenkommen. Die Behauptung, dass all diese gravierenden Mängel und der tiefsitzende Schmutz innerhalb von 24 Stunden beseitigt werden könnten, ist ein schlechter Witz. Eine gründliche und hygienische Sanierung würde Tage dauern. Wir können nur dringend vor dieser Unterkunft warnen!
