Embassy Suites By Hilton Gulf Shores Beach Resort

Nice location and enjoyed the beach chairs and happy hour and free breakfast . Front desk help was not the best experience they booked us under an entirely different name so we couldn’t charge to our room the entire stay and they didn’t know how to fix the issue. They just seemed to be lacking help around the hotel , the pool towels were not replaced, our room sheets didn’t look like they had been washed. Overall a decent stay but they could use some upkeep.

This was the perfect spot in Gulf Shores. It was clean and beautiful. A very short and enjoyable walk to the beach, breakfast was amazing, beach set up included daily with bike rentals. Would definitely here again!

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for; great amenities, close to the beach lots of perks; clean room; definitely will look for embassy suites where ever state we go

I’m going to be honest, we had issues. When we first checked into our one bedroom suite, I was disappointed that it was a barn sliding door type thing that separated our room from our daughter’s. Not really the privacy we wanted. At other Embassy stays, it was a separate bedroom. We turned our TVs on because it was pouring outside and couldn’t leave the hotel. Neither TV worked. I called downstairs and they sent the engineering guy up. First he told us it was the storm. It wasn’t the storm. All the other TVs including the ones in the lobby were working. I politely explained this, so he went and rebooted something in the server room and our TVs came to life. However my daughter’s TV kept jumping and jerking. She couldn’t watch it. He tried resetting things again but it didn’t help. So we watched TV all together in our bed. The next morning I checked again, TV still not working. Reported it to Jacqueline G at the front desk. She was so sweet and helpful. She ended up upgrading us to an ocean view room across the hallway. TVs worked fine. However the AC didn’t work. It was so hot in the room. Sweet engineering guy (same one) came and worked on it twice. Finally got it cool enough to sleep. The next day it was still hot though, so they came and replaced the thermostat unit. Cool as an icebox after. I say all this to say that their staff is friendly and works hard to make sure you have a great stay. Jacqueline and their staff is awesome. The rest of our stay was great.
