We stated this property several times and always found it to be clean and well-maintained

I stayed here once before and it was fine. This time was terrible. At 7am on the first morning there was a horrible sound. Like a hammer, but consistent like a dripping faucet. It woke us up and we couldn't go back to sleep. I told the desk about it that morning and they not only didn't fix it, they didn't say anything further about it, and didn't offer us another room or anything. I assumed that it was fixed and woke up the next day to the same horrible sound. When we walked into the room it was set at 59 degrees. It was FREEZING to the point where we had to go wrap ourselves in a blanket. The electric shades were stuck in the down position. No ability to open up and see the outside. Unfortunately I forgot toothpaste, and instead of having a little free one like most hotels, I had to buy a tiny one for $5. Insane.... Also, an ice machine is in every hotel I've ever been to. Not this one.... VERY disappointing

Amazing. Everything smelled good and was clean, beds were fantastic. Clean. Spacious rooms, full kitchens, good water pressure. Friendly staff. Happy guests. 100/100 recommend!!

This hotel is either a new construction or fully renovated, which is a good thing. However, the housekeeping is lacking significantly. The room had visible stains and debris on the floor. The furniture had crumbs and dust. We reported the issue to the front desk after the first night and asked them to send someone to clean the floors. When we returned at the evening, the room had not been cleaned. The floors looked exactly the same. It’s a shame because this hotel has potential to be a good place to stay near Gainesville on football weekends.
